Sally Irvin began her career at Wake Forest twenty-five years ago. She is currently our Associate Director for Educational Technology and Electronic Services Librarian and an Adjunct Professor of Law. She teaches Legal Research and Advanced Legal Research.

Sally is a member of the Professional Center Library management team and oversees all aspects of the electronic services and resources offered by the Professional Center Library, including LexisNexis and Westlaw as well as our government documents. Sally is also the Law School's Blackboard Coordinator.

Sally is an advocate for women's heart disease and serves on the Board of WomenHeart, The National Coalition For Women With Heart Disease.  In 2005 she was chosen to attend the Mayo Clinic Science and Leadership Symposium, co-sponsored by WomenHeart, which educates women to promote quality of life and healthcare for all women living with heart disease locally and nationally. She currently serves as a board member of the American Heart Association's North Carolina Public Policy Committee and works with the Justus-Warren Task Force on Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention.
