Members of the bench and bar are welcome to use the resources of the library and may apply for a library card. This entitles the borrower to check out any circulating library materials for four weeks (Contact the circulation manager for details).

Photocopy and fax services may be available to attorneys for a fee from the Reference Desk.  See our Photocopy services page for more information.

The library will refuse any request which it deems in violation of U.S. copyright law.

Online services are provided as follows:

• Access to Shepard's is available to our users at a designated computer.
• Public access computers are available for attorneys to use. Attorneys must use their own Lexis or Westlaw account passwords to access services via the internet.
• Some library online subscriptions are available for use by attorneys. See the Resources page for more information.
